TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and interacting with Techiyaki Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All engineering contracts, communication, and provided services are governed by this framework.
2. Service Execution
We execute all projects with uncompromising precision. Timelines, deliverables, and architecture specifications will be defined in a formal Statement of Work. Any deviations from the initial specifications require mutual agreement and may impact project timelines and cost.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final deliverables. Techiyaki Studios retains the right to display the completed project within our portfolio and case studies, unless explicitly restricted by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Techiyaki Studios delivers systems built to the highest modern standards. However, we are not liable for external system failures, third-party API deprecations, or modifications made to the codebase by unauthorized personnel post-deployment.
